Base Salary
$180k - $275k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build data infrastructure and analytics capabilities for business intelligence, compliance, and customer communications.
- Design and build pipelines that transform raw operational data into actionable business insights.
- Automate critical compliance reporting, notices, and regulatory submissions.
- Develop and maintain customer-facing monthly account statements, performance analytics, and portfolio insights.
- Build and maintain the data warehouse infrastructure and ensure data quality, consistency, and accessibility.
- Participate in architecture discussions, planning, and code reviews across the technology stack.
Requirements
- Strong experience developing data pipelines and ETL/ELT workflows.
- Proficiency with SQL and experience designing analytics and reporting data models.
- Experience with Snowflake, BigQuery, or Redshift and data transformation tools such as dbt.
- Experience with data visualization tools and dashboard development, including Looker, Tableau, Hex, or Metabase.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy for compliance-critical use cases.
- Proficiency in at least one of Kotlin, Rust, Java, Go, C/C++, Python, Ruby, or TypeScript.
- Experience with modern build systems and cloud infrastructure such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Preferred: fintech or early-stage technology experience; understanding of financial data, ledgers, and accounting principles; Kotlin backend experience; and experience with Temporal.
- Ability to collaborate across functions, adapt to changing technology needs, and work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
