Responsibilities
- Build the data infrastructure and analytics capabilities for business intelligence and compliance.
- Design and implement data pipelines to transform raw data into actionable insights.
- Automate critical compliance reporting and regulatory submissions.
- Develop and maintain customer-facing reporting systems like account statements and performance analytics.
- Ensure data quality, consistency, and accessibility across the organization.
- Participate in architecture discussions and code reviews.
Requirements
- Strong experience with data pipeline development and ETL/ELT workflows.
- Proficiency with SQL and experience designing data models for analytics and reporting.
- Experience with modern data warehouse platforms like Snowflake or BigQuery.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Looker or Tableau.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
- Proficiency in programming languages like Kotlin, Java, or Python.
