Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design, strategy, implementation, deployment, and maintenance of Baggage Scanning suite applications.
- Develop technical strategies, standards, reference architectures, design patterns, architecture decision frameworks, and adoption plans.
- Design scalable, resilient, secure, maintainable, and performant application solutions across enterprise capabilities.
- Manage architecture reviews, validate architectural artifacts, and provide domain-specific guidance for enterprise alignment.
- Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines and observability capabilities using Harness, Dynatrace, Datadog, and Splunk.
- Research emerging technologies and develop proofs of concept, including GenAI, AI SaaS platforms, agentic workflows, and AWS services.
- Provide hands-on development, troubleshooting, performance optimization, production support, and incident diagnostics as needed.
- Define technical roadmaps, release patterns, code-review and branching strategies, and architecture documentation.
- Partner with platform engineering, DevOps, enterprise architecture, network, security, product, and business teams.
- Coordinate external dependencies and communicate technical solutions and progress with senior technology leadership.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in enterprise architecture involving complex enterprise applications and infrastructure.
- At least 3 years of AWS experience and at least 2 years of Android mobile solution experience.
- Experience with AWS, GCP, serverless technologies, Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud-native AWS services including EC2, S3, RDS, EKS, Lambda, AmazonMQ, API Gateway, and DynamoDB.
- Experience implementing and deploying microservices, web services, APIs, gateways, and service mesh in automated CI/CD environments.
- Experience with Well-Architected frameworks, application performance tuning, resilience, reliability improvement, large-scale responsive web applications, and critical outage support.
- Familiarity with GenAI, agentic technologies, automation platforms, and AI tools.
- Strong knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD, automation, and observability tools including Dynatrace, Datadog, and Splunk.
- Understanding of security best practices, vulnerability management and mitigation, data architecture, governance, security, and relational and non-relational databases.
- Ability to coordinate delivery across release managers, DevOps engineers, QA, UX designers, product owners, architects, and other teams.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship.
- A master's degree in Computer Science and airline experience are preferred.
- Successful completion of an interview and reliable, punctual attendance are required.

- The base pay range is $140,600.00 to $183,108.00.
