Base Salary
$251k - $310k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and deploy production-grade agentic AI systems.
- Develop robust, automated evaluation frameworks and objective metrics.
- Continuously measure the accuracy, safety, and reliability of AI agents.
- Automate the building and scaling of evaluation problems.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
- Proven technical leader with experience in agent-based AI solutions.
- Deep expertise in AI and Machine Learning with hands-on experience.
- Extensive experience (typically 7+ years) in software engineering.
- Ability to define technical strategy and influence senior leadership.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
