Responsibilities
- Coordinate with a Product Manager, lead developer, and QA lead as part of an Agile team.
- Create product features for global customers using test-driven development.
- Develop across the full stack, including frontend and backend systems.
- Take end-to-end ownership of assigned functionality.
- Participate in the full development lifecycle from requirements definition and design through delivery, maintenance, and support.
- Stay current with new technologies and share knowledge with colleagues.
- Collaborate with developers, quality engineers, and product managers to deliver high-quality applications.
Requirements
- BE or B.Tech in Computer Science or Information Technology.
- Proven object-oriented programming skills with Java and/or C++.
- Experience with relational database management systems and SQL, including Oracle, SQL Server, or MySQL.
- Strong knowledge of design patterns and data structures.
- Strong analytical, debugging, and troubleshooting skills.
- Good oral and written communication skills.
- Preferred: experience programming enterprise or web applications.
- Preferred: knowledge of the broader Java and JEE stack, including JDBC, JMX, JPA, and JMS.
- Preferred: knowledge of HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, Ajax, and various frameworks.
- Preferred: application server experience with Tomcat, WebLogic, or JBoss.
- Preferred: experience with REST APIs, Spring, and contributing to open-source projects.
