Responsibilities
- Own the technical direction, architecture, development standards, code quality, scalability, and performance of custom software solutions.
- Serve as Solution Architect on Kinaxis implementation projects.
- Engage client stakeholders, gather requirements, conduct fit-gap analysis, and design and document solutions.
- Guide configuration teams in implementing Kinaxis solutions and drive client business discussions.
- Collaborate with development, business-line, product, and technology teams to define technology future states and roadmaps.
- Design solutions that balance business efficiency, system performance, security, and compliance with architectural and security standards.
- Lead and manage teams while driving solution progress and delivery.
- Travel on short- or long-term assignments as needed.
Requirements
- Minimum 18 years of experience is required; the key qualifications specify 16–20 years implementing Kinaxis and similar supply chain management software in client environments.
- At least four Kinaxis implementation projects performed in a Solution Architect role.
- Strong functional knowledge of Rapid Response Supply Planning, Capacity Planning, DRP, MPS, Demand Planning, and Order Fulfillment applications.
- Strong solution design, software configuration, and data-model skills.
- Experience integrating Kinaxis with SAP, Oracle, and legacy systems.
- Experience configuring Demand Planning and Supply Planning modules.
- Completed Rapid Response Author Level 3 certification.
- BTech, BE, or MCA and 15 years of full-time education.
- Strong communication, collaboration, problem-solving, team leadership, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Relevant supply chain certifications such as CSCP are preferred.
- Rapid Response Solution Architect certification is preferred.
