Responsibilities
- Develop, modify, debug, test, and evaluate software applications.
- Customize, enhance, and implement cloud application modules and changes.
- Design data sources, perform data modeling, and build interfaces for internal and external constituents.
- Conduct performance, integration, and functional testing and execute moderate test plans.
- Create and maintain security roles and configurations.
- Develop prototypes, conversion plans, system implementation plans, and programming documentation.
- Use source code control and configuration management techniques.
- Collaborate with analysts, engineers, quality assurance testers, team members, and departments.
- Recommend and implement changes to development, maintenance, and system standards.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, Math, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent training and/or experience.
- Four years of programming experience.
- Strong working knowledge of Structured Query Language for writing queries.
- Strong working knowledge of web applications, including security, session management, and development best practices.
- Programming skills in languages and frameworks such as C#, C++, HTML, Java, Java Enterprise Edition, Microsoft .NET, and SQL Server.
- Preferred experience with software application development for information technology, revenue cycle management, or interface development.
- Preferred experience with SQL query, Microsoft Office, and Visual Studio.
- Knowledge of data modeling for reports, dashboards, and extracts using subject areas and custom SQL.
- Knowledge of requirements gathering, documentation, architectural standards, and system development practices.
- Knowledge of IIS, version control systems, Agile, and Scrum methodologies.
