Responsibilities
- Develop AI-powered tools, integrations, and automation to improve engineering productivity and accelerate adoption of the AI platform.
- Design and build reusable platform capabilities that enable non-technical teams and domain experts to create and use AI agents.
- Build and maintain integrations between AI systems and platform services using APIs, MCP servers, and modern integration patterns.
- Develop reusable agent templates, workflows, and orchestration patterns for adoption across products and business areas.
- Partner with product teams to introduce, improve, and scale reliable, secure, and maintainable AI-powered capabilities.
- Take ownership of key AI platform capabilities and integrations while collaborating with software engineering, platform, product, DevOps, and Data Engineering teams.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience developing cloud-native backend services, platform capabilities, or similar production-grade software solutions.
- Hands-on experience integrating APIs, services, and data sources into production applications.
- Strong understanding of scalable and maintainable software design.
- Understanding of modern AI application patterns, including LLMs, tool calling, RAG, and AI agents.
- Practical experience with at least one AI agent framework, such as LangGraph, LangChain, or similar technology.
- Fluent English and strong communication skills for collaboration across engineering, product, and business teams.
