Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain cloud-native backend services and new features for the Cloud Platform.
- Design and implement scalable, reliable backend solutions within an event-driven architecture.
- Collaborate with product teams and senior engineers on the adoption and evolution of platform core services.
- Improve the software development lifecycle through code reviews, troubleshooting, documentation, and development practices.
- Use AI-assisted development tools and optimize their output to improve project efficiency and quality.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of professional experience developing cloud-native backend services, ideally in an event-driven architecture using Kafka.
- Strong experience with Go and professional experience with TypeScript, NestJS, and Python.
- Experience building scalable, reliable, production-grade solutions.
- Good knowledge of PostgreSQL or similar relational databases.
- Knowledge of MQTT and Sparkplug B is an advantage.
- Fluent English and the ability to communicate and collaborate effectively in an international engineering environment.
