Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Provide technical leadership for cybersecurity strategy, software development, integration decisions, and security architecture.
- Lead the design, development, and delivery of security solutions for Vulnerability Management initiatives.
- Develop automation, conduct advanced research, and create proofs of concept to improve security capabilities and efficiency.
- Create and maintain cybersecurity designs, architectures, policies, and procedures.
- Provide secure design guidance to development, infrastructure, and product engineering teams.
- Influence partner teams to adopt sustainable, engineering-first security practices.
- Mentor peers and team members in security technologies, enterprise solution design, deployment, and customer interaction.
- Demonstrate security measures and communicate their business value, operational impact, and resiliency benefits.
Requirements
- 8+ years of non-internship professional software engineering experience building large-scale distributed systems.
- 4+ years of architecture and design experience in a technical lead role.
- 4+ years of experience with AWS, GCP, Azure, or other cloud providers.
- 3+ years of experience with open-source frameworks.
- Experience leading full-stack software development and DevSecOps in hybrid environments.
- Cybersecurity development and leadership experience, preferably in Vulnerability Management Engineering.
- Specialization in at least one modern language such as Java, Go, Python, or C#, plus a scripting language.
- Extensive experience building data-intensive, large-scale distributed systems in the cloud.
- Experience designing systems, architecture, design patterns, reliability, and scaling approaches.
- Fluency in DevOps concepts, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure as code.
- Experience with application performance monitoring tools and performance assessments.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent education with work experience.
- Foundational knowledge of security best practices for system design and development.
