Responsibilities
- Design, build, test, and evolve Solutions agents, workflows, services, components, and applications.
- Own end-to-end technical decisions for features and systems, including architecture, scalability, security, and maintainability.
- Write high-quality code, conduct code reviews, identify technical debt, and lead refactoring efforts.
- Design, document, and communicate high-level functional designs and technical solutions.
- Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, engineers, and stakeholders to deliver usable and secure solutions.
- Implement responsible AI governance, security best practices, and production guardrails.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers through code reviews, technical discussions, and problem-solving.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and propose improvements to the Solutions ecosystem.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of software development experience.
- At least 1 year of experience building production-grade AI agents and complex intelligent systems in an enterprise environment.
- Strong knowledge of LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG strategies, fine-tuning, grounding techniques, and major AI agent orchestration frameworks.
- Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and scalability principles.
- Experience implementing security practices such as authorization and data masking, along with responsible AI governance and production guardrails.
- Ability to explain complex technical designs and risks to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and support high-quality developer experiences.
- Preferred experience with frontend/UX and the OutSystems platform or similar low-code/no-code platforms.
- Proficiency in C# and .NET, Python, cloud-native deployment, Docker, Kubernetes, and scalable REST/gRPC APIs.
- Experience in Financial, Manufacturing, Public Sector, or Healthcare sectors is preferred.
