Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of scalable AI platforms using Microsoft Azure AI capabilities, AI Foundry, Copilot Studio, large language models, and emerging AI technologies.
- Establish lifecycle management practices for AI agents, including onboarding, governance, monitoring, optimization, and retirement.
- Design and oversee enterprise MCP connectors, APIs, and integration patterns for secure access to business systems and data.
- Define operating standards and governance for AI agents, automations, and AI-enabled workflows.
- Drive reliability, performance, observability, resilience, and cost efficiency across Enterprise AI services.
- Partner with business, engineering, security, architecture, risk, and compliance stakeholders.
- Implement responsible AI, security, governance, and regulatory compliance controls.
- Evaluate emerging AI technologies and define adoption roadmaps.
- Mentor engineers and specialists and build technical excellence within the Enterprise AI team.
- Lead AI initiatives from initial concept through full production support.
Requirements
- Extensive experience designing and operating enterprise-scale AI, cloud, or platform solutions.
- Deep expertise with Microsoft Azure, including Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, Azure Policies, identity and access management, infrastructure governance, and cloud operations.
- Practical experience creating, deploying, and maintaining AI agents with Copilot Studio, Claude, OpenAI, Azure AI Services, or comparable technologies.
- Strong understanding of MCP, API-based integrations, orchestration frameworks, and enterprise connectivity patterns.
- Expertise in reliability standards, monitoring, incident response, and service improvement.
- Experience implementing security, governance, compliance, and responsible AI controls in enterprise environments.
- Ability to balance innovation and risk management while maintaining enterprise standards.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills across technical and business audiences.
- Preferred experience with AI observability, evaluation frameworks, prompt management, model monitoring, and agent performance optimization.
- Preferred experience with cloud-native architecture, DevOps, Infrastructure as Code, platform engineering, enterprise AI governance, financial services, regulated environments, technical communities, mentoring, and organizational change.
