Base Salary
$114k - $165k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead the deployment and integration of IAM technologies, including on-premises and Entra Microsoft Active Directory.
- Evaluate IAM tools and solutions and guide their development to improve security and user experience.
- Establish operational practices that maintain the availability of identity systems.
- Collaborate with IT, security, and business teams to define access requirements and implement appropriate controls.
- Provide expert guidance and mentorship to IAM team members and other IT staff.
- Develop and oversee automation scripts and workflows for provisioning and de-provisioning.
- Optimize IAM processes and serve as the highest escalation point for complex access issues and IAM incidents.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or relevant experience.
- At least 7 years of experience in senior IAM engineering and implementation roles.
- Extensive experience with Entra ID, Microsoft Active Directory, Entra Connect, Grouper, Shibboleth, Savyint, or equivalent tools.
- Experience with security protocols and standards such as SAML, OAuth, and OpenID Connect.
- Knowledge of Shibboleth, InCommon Federation, SailPoint, or LDAP is preferred.
- Advanced proficiency with scripting and automation tools such as Bash, SQL, PowerShell, Jenkins, or GitHub Actions.
- Strong technical, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with experience working in complex production environments.
