Base Salary

$165k - $200k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and maintain cloud infrastructure on GCP, AWS, and third-party providers using Terraform.
  • Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines for reliable deployments across multiple services and environments.
  • Implement monitoring, logging, alerting, and distributed tracing for platform health and incident response.
  • Establish security practices covering secrets management, network policies, vulnerability scanning, and compliance automation.
  • Support AI/ML infrastructure, including model serving and data pipelines for ambient AI agents.
  • Build developer experience tooling such as local development environments, preview deployments, and self-service infrastructure provisioning.
  • Collaborate with backend and frontend engineers on application and infrastructure integration.
  • Write code and configuration daily while contributing to infrastructure architecture and operational best practices.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in SecDevOps, SRE, or platform engineering roles.
  • Demonstrated proficiency with AI coding tools such as Cursor, Copilot, or Claude.
  • Expert-level experience with at least one major cloud provider; GCP is preferred, with AWS or Azure accepted.
  • Strong proficiency with Terraform and deep experience with Docker.
  • Experience designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or similar tools.
  • Solid understanding of networking fundamentals, DNS, load balancing, and CDN configuration.
  • Proficiency in Python for automation and tooling.
  • Ability to balance rapid iteration with reliable, well-documented infrastructure.
  • Preferred experience supporting production AI/ML workloads, including model serving, GPU scheduling, or streaming inference.
  • Preferred familiarity with PostgreSQL, Redis, Datadog, Grafana, Prometheus, OpenTelemetry, OIDC, OAuth2, JWT, or SSO.
  • Preferred experience with cloud cost optimization, FinOps, B2B SaaS, multi-tenant architectures, SOC 2, FedRAMP, or ITAR compliance.
