Responsibilities
- Build and ship native Android features for onboarding, accounts, cards, payments, transfers, rewards, and AI-assisted user journeys.
- Convert complex financial flows into simple, fast, and reliable mobile experiences.
- Collaborate with product, design, backend, and AI engineers to take features from concept to production.
- Own application quality, including performance, crash rate, loading states, edge cases, and release stability.
- Use production feedback, analytics, and customer behavior to improve features after launch.
- Integrate APIs and authentication and implement secure data handling for financial workflows.
Requirements
- Strong native Android development experience using Kotlin.
- Experience shipping Android applications used by real users.
- Understanding of Android architecture, Jetpack, Coroutines, Flow, and modern Android development.
- Strong product sense and attention to user experience.
- Ability to debug production issues and improve performance, reliability, and application quality.
- Ability to work with ambiguity and move quickly without lowering quality standards.
- A record of personally helping build, ship, or scale a serious product, platform, or system.
- Strong English communication skills.
- Candidates must already be based in India.
