Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and delivery of core features across mobile and web.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend engineers.
- Contribute to frontend architecture decisions and coding standards.

- Guide junior engineers through code reviews and best practices.
- Identify areas for technical and process improvements.
Requirements
- 5–8+ years of frontend engineering experience with senior-level responsibilities.
- Proficiency with Flutter (Dart) for mobile and React/Next.js for web applications.
- Proven track record of owning and shipping high-quality user-facing features.
- Strong understanding of modern JavaScript/TypeScript and responsive design.
- Experience mentoring teammates and influencing engineering standards.
- Comfortable collaborating across product, design, and backend teams.
