Base Salary
$250k - $350k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and launch user-facing features for AI-powered video and multimedia tools.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, ML, product, UX, and research teams to turn creative concepts into product features.
- Architect and implement scalable end-to-end solutions spanning backend infrastructure and frontend experiences.
- Ensure product quality, performance, and reliability across platforms.
- Conduct code reviews, promote engineering best practices, mentor team members, and provide technical leadership.
- Rapidly iterate on features, prototypes, and experiments in a startup environment.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a senior engineering or product engineering role.
- Strong software engineering fundamentals and experience across the frontend and backend stack.
- Demonstrated ability to design and build high-quality, scalable product features end-to-end.
- Experience shipping production software, ideally for consumer applications, SaaS, or creative technology.
- Proficiency with modern languages and frameworks such as TypeScript, React, Python, or Go.
- Strong architectural skills, product judgment, communication, collaboration, and mentorship abilities.
- Preferred experience includes creative tools, multimedia, generative AI, video/image/audio products, ML- or AI-powered applications, startup 0-to-1 development, and UX/UI collaboration.
