Base Salary
$187k - $253k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build agent runtimes and orchestration systems.
- Ensure agents are reliable through retries and state management.
- Implement observability features for agents.
- Optimize agents for cost and performance.
- Develop production-ready systems that are dependable.
- Integrate LLMs, APIs, and external data into cohesive systems.
- Define developer workflows for building and debugging agent behavior.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in building reliable systems.
- Ability to transform ambiguous problems into working products.
- Experience with agent systems, LLM pipelines, or automation.
- Understanding of system behavior in production environments.
- Proficiency in backend systems and distributed architectures.
- Familiarity with at least one core programming language.
