Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement features across frontend and backend systems with minimal guidance.
- Translate loosely defined requirements into effective technical solutions.
- Write maintainable code and debug complex technical issues.
- Contribute to technical decisions, architecture discussions, code reviews, and engineering-process improvements.
- Proactively identify technical issues and propose solutions.
- Mentor more junior engineers and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Requirements
- At least 7 years of software engineering experience.
- Proficiency in Python, Django, JavaScript, and Vue.js, or the ability to learn these technologies quickly.
- Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Understanding of AWS cloud services.
- Ability to work collaboratively in an agile environment and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a record of delivering features that meet business requirements.
