Base Salary
$65k - $65k/yr
Responsibilities
- Assist with designing, developing, supporting, and troubleshooting software products for the healthcare industry.
- Troubleshoot technical and functional issues, analyze application behavior, and collaborate with engineering and product teams.
- Establish and improve best practices and procedures to support organizational deliverables.
- Work collaboratively with global project teams and communicate with customers and stakeholders.
- Support healthcare applications and systems such as CareAdvance, TTAP, Facets, QNXT, and value-based benefit programs when assigned to Payer Care Solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Computer Science or Software Engineering.
- Basic knowledge of Java or .NET, Python, and SQL.
- Internship or academic experience using cloud services such as Azure or AWS.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, problem-solving, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with global project teams and willingness to learn new technologies.
- Willingness to relocate to Boston, Massachusetts, or Mesa, Arizona.
