Base Salary
$65k - $65k/yr
Responsibilities
- Assist in designing, developing, supporting, and troubleshooting fully functional healthcare software products.
- Provide technical and functional support by troubleshooting issues, analyzing application behavior, and collaborating with engineering and product teams.
- Develop payer care solutions using .NET, C#, Angular, and Microsoft SQL Server.
- Establish and improve technical best practices and procedures to support organizational deliverables.
- Work collaboratively with global project teams and communicate with customers and stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science or Software Engineering.
- Basic knowledge of Java or .NET, Python, and SQL.
- Internship or academic experience using cloud services such as Azure or AWS.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, problem-solving, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with global project teams and willingness to learn new technologies.
- Applicants must be willing to relocate to Boston, Massachusetts, or Mesa, Arizona.
