AI Application Development Engineer Graduate (Corporate Service System - Procurement) - 2027 Start

- Build and explore Procurement Agents and the System AI Harness from design and implementation through validation, release, and continuous improvement.
- Design, develop, and maintain core services, business logic, data flows, and system integrations for an AI-native procurement platform.
- Implement AI agent capabilities including planning, tool use, memory, and multi-step reasoning as reliable production features.
- Prototype emerging AI techniques and translate promising research and ideas into practical product capabilities.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to deliver complete end-to-end solutions.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field and eligible for the 2027 campus hiring program.
- Proficiency in one or more of Golang, Java, or Python, with solid programming fundamentals and good coding habits.
- Ability to design, build, test, and maintain complete features with solid system design and coding implementation skills.
- Experience with AI-related projects or research, strong innovation, and strong hands-on skills.
- Strong logical thinking, independent thinking, problem decomposition, curiosity, and self-motivation.
- Preferred: experience building AI-powered applications, agent-based products, AI coding tools, or developer productivity solutions.
- Preferred: experience with LLM-based systems, prompt engineering, RAG, tool or function calling, or agent orchestration frameworks.
- Preferred: internship, academic, open-source, or personal project experience demonstrating end-to-end ownership of a non-trivial system.
- Preferred: experience improving system performance, engineering efficiency, or stability, or achievements in competitions, research publications, or open-source contributions.
