Enterprise Services AI Agent Engineer Graduate (Corporate Service System - Global Travel) - 2027 Start

- Build backend services and the AI Agent runtime with maintainable, readable, high-quality code.
- Improve system performance and stability through profiling and tuning.
- Integrate internal enterprise systems into agents using Tools, MCP, CLI, and A2A.
- Participate in code reviews and follow coding standards and architectural conventions.
- Write AI-friendly technical documentation and contribute to the team knowledge base.
- Explore embedding AI capabilities into backend services and support AI-driven feature development, evaluation, and validation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, AI, or a related field.
- Strong foundation in data structures, algorithms, and computer systems, with strong coding habits.
- Proficiency in one or more of Golang, Java, or Python.
- Hands-on experience with distributed systems and microservice architecture.
- Hands-on understanding of AI agent architectural patterns, including reasoning, memory management, and multi-agent collaboration.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills and genuine interest in the agent engineering ecosystem.
- Preferred: experience building AI products, agents, or applications for real-world users and explaining product positioning, technology choices, user scale, and iteration processes.
- Preferred: experience with agent frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, or Claude Agent SDK, as well as prompt engineering, harness engineering, context management, and evaluation.
