Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Own and improve the platform foundation for safe shipping across cloud infrastructure and Kubernetes.
- Build internal tooling for an AI-enabled engineering workflow, including automation and CI feedback loops.
- Strengthen operational readiness through better logging, metrics, and incident follow-up.
- Harden production access with least-privilege IAM and secure secret management.
- Set pragmatic platform standards to avoid infrastructure and security debt.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in platform engineering, DevOps, or related fields.
- Proven track record of owning production systems with a focus on reliability and security.
- Hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes, and CI/CD.
- Experience in building internal developer tooling and platform automation.
- Strong communication skills for documentation and incident follow-ups.
