Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive post-sales onboarding assistance to ensure customers achieve long-term adoption.
- Participate in solution workshops to identify customer requirements and shape technical strategies.
- Develop Python scripts for data loading and integration with external tools.
- Create and maintain product integration scripts for customer use cases.
- Demonstrate the RegScale platform in customer engagements and sales support.
- Deliver customer training to support platform adoption.
- Capture customer technical requirements to inform product enhancements.
- Create technical training for the Customer Success team.
- Collaborate with the Customer Success team to increase platform utilization.
- Provide responsive technical support to troubleshoot customer issues.
Requirements
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python or Bash, and experience in at least one additional programming language.
- Proficiency in AWS, GCP, or Azure is a plus.
- Experience with data manipulation and developing REST APIs.
- Proficient in requirements gathering.
- Hands-on experience with commercial software platforms via documented APIs.
- Familiarity with Python-based frameworks and experience in integration or automation scenarios.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex technical challenges.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field with 10+ years of experience, or a master's degree with 7+ years of experience.
- Demonstrated success in a technical services or solutions engineering role.
- Proven experience in an enterprise software or B2B SaaS company, ideally in cybersecurity or GRC.
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
- Passion for solving customer problems and driving long-term value.
- U.S. Citizenship required.
