Responsibilities

  • Lead the full Salesforce implementation lifecycle from discovery and requirements definition through design, development, deployment, and production support.
  • Design and document scalable Salesforce Healthcare Cloud, CRM, integration, predictive AI, and generative AI solutions aligned with client objectives.
  • Lead technical design sessions, identify gaps between current and desired states, create estimates and scope, and develop proof-of-concept solutions.
  • Use AI tools, developer assistants, LLMs, and agentic evaluation frameworks to accelerate delivery and review architectural assumptions.
  • Collaborate with customers, partners, sales and pre-sales teams, engineering, delivery managers, functional architects, and other services teams.
  • Lead and mentor development and QA teams while ensuring proper testing, performance, maintainability, and adherence to standard processes.
  • Develop and support Salesforce solutions using Apex, Force.com, Visualforce, Java, J2EE, JavaScript, HTML, XML, and Salesforce APIs.
  • Lead internal initiatives that expand the consulting practice and contribute to organizational knowledge and expertise.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience developing technology solutions.
  • At least 2 years of experience handling client-facing projects with increasing responsibility in systems development or business consulting.
  • Demonstrated healthcare domain experience and strong industry knowledge.
  • End-to-end Salesforce CRM implementation experience, including Salesforce integrations with other business systems and integration tools.
  • Strong Salesforce configuration, customization, Apex programming, Apex APIs, Apex Triggers, Apex classes, Apex web services, Salesforce controls, and new-instance implementation experience.
  • Experience with Lightning Aura Components, LWC, Visualforce, Flex, AppExchange deployment, Workflow Alerts and Actions, and Approval Workflow.
  • Proficiency with Force.com, Apex, J2EE, HTML, Java, JavaScript, and XML for CRM solution development.
  • Strong Service-Oriented Architecture, integration, requirements analysis, system-landscape definition, and comprehensive solution design experience.
  • Experience leading teams through the analysis and resolution of complex problems and implementation of related solutions.
  • Strong written and spoken communication skills, ability to work independently, willingness to learn quickly, and demonstrated innovation with emerging technologies.
  • Degree or equivalent relevant experience; qualifying experience may include extracurricular leadership, military, volunteer, or work experience.
