Responsibilities
- Understand customer requirements and evaluate solution alternatives based on value, cost, quality, and technology.
- Lead the design and hands-on development of safety-critical software components for next-generation DCS platforms.
- Lead problem-solving for complex technical challenges and make critical decisions about technologies, frameworks, and development approaches.
- Conduct code reviews and help ensure product quality, performance, and reliability through static analysis, code coverage, and unit testing.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies, standards, guidelines, and IEC 61508 functional safety regulations.
- Mentor the development team while remaining hands-on in critical technical work.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in software development or equivalent.
- 10+ years of experience in R&D, software/product development, or a related technical field.
- Backend development experience with C++, C#, and Rust.
- Frontend development experience with TypeScript and React.
- Professional experience with Kubernetes, unit testing, CI/CD, Azure DevOps, and GitHub.
- Experience with industrial automation and functional safety development is preferred.
- Fluency in Chinese and English.
