Responsibilities
- Develop and enhance AI-driven chatbot and virtual agent solutions using Microsoft Power Virtual Agents, Power Apps, and Python.
- Implement and optimize Moveworks workflows, including Agent Studio and agentic AI automation capabilities.
- Use Glean Search, Assistant, and Agents to embed intelligent search and assistant experiences into enterprise workflows.
- Develop Python-based backend automation scripts and services for AI-driven use cases.
- Translate business needs into functional chatbot, agent, and automation solutions with cross-functional teams.
- Create prompts, conversational flows, and basic contextual reasoning for LLM-powered solutions.
- Test, validate, and refine AI agent behavior, integrations, and workflows using logs, analytics, and user feedback.
- Contribute to sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and technical documentation.
Requirements
- Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related field.
- Strong interest in AI, automation, or enterprise platforms.
