Responsibilities
- Design, build, test, and maintain responsive web applications using modern frontend frameworks.
- Develop backend services, APIs, integrations, reusable components, and practical solution designs using .NET and/or Node.js.
- Apply software engineering practices including clean coding, code reviews, source control, automated testing, documentation, and secure development.
- Diagnose and resolve application, integration, performance, and production issues across the technology stack.
- Collaborate with architects, designers, engineers, product owners, and client stakeholders to deliver solutions.
- Contribute to Agile delivery activities including estimation, sprint planning, backlog refinement, demonstrations, and retrospectives.
- Support continuous integration and delivery pipelines, automated deployments, environment management, monitoring, and operational readiness.
- Provide technical guidance, coaching, and knowledge sharing to junior team members.
- Support proposals, solutioning, effort estimation, client presentations, demonstrations, and reusable asset development.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 3 years of relevant full stack software development experience, preferably in consulting, professional services, or client-facing delivery.
- Hands-on familiarity with frontend technologies including React.js, Next.js, Vue.js, or AngularJS.
- Hands-on familiarity with backend development using .NET and/or Node.js, including API design and system integration.
- Understanding of software development principles, programming concepts, data structures, design patterns, and application architecture.
- Familiarity with relational or non-relational databases, version control, modern testing approaches, DevOps practices, cloud environments, monitoring, and release management.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, teamwork, prioritization, and ownership skills.
- Willingness to support proposals, pursuits, and other business development initiatives.
- Additional frontend or backend languages and frameworks, public cloud experience, microservices, serverless architectures, event-driven solutions, containers, orchestration platforms, secure coding, accessibility, performance optimization, software quality practices, and relevant cloud, DevOps, Agile, or technology certifications are advantageous.
