Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and maintain full-stack applications and services.
- Build responsive user interfaces using modern frontend frameworks.
- Develop backend APIs, services, integrations, and data access layers.
- Participate in architecture, design, code reviews, and technical discussions.
- Support CI/CD pipelines and automated testing practices.
- Troubleshoot defects, performance issues, and production incidents.
- Collaborate with product owners, designers, QA, and other engineers.
- Ensure solutions align with security, risk, compliance, and engineering standards.
- Contribute to agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog refinement.
- Improve application performance, scalability, and developer efficiency.
- Contribute to AI initiatives and solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 3 years of relevant software engineering experience with frontend and backend development exposure.
- Proficiency in one or more of Java, Python, JavaScript, or TypeScript.
- Experience with React, Angular, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript or TypeScript.
- Experience building backend services and APIs using modern frameworks.
- Understanding of REST APIs, microservices, and system integration patterns.
- Familiarity with relational and/or NoSQL databases.
- Knowledge of Git or similar version control tools.
- Understanding of software development best practices, testing, and debugging.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
- Exposure to using AI tools.
