Responsibilities
- Design, code, enhance, troubleshoot, and optimize custom full-stack software solutions.
- Develop Java and React applications with backend services, database integrations, and asynchronous messaging.
- Build and maintain Spring Boot and Spring Framework applications using event-driven architecture and Apache Kafka.
- Lead the planning and execution of development tasks to meet project deadlines.
- Act as a subject-matter expert, make team decisions, and provide solutions across multiple teams.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and teams to align software deliverables with business requirements.
- Mentor junior team members and facilitate communication among stakeholders.
- Support DevOps tasks and work with CI/CD pipelines.
Requirements
- At least 8 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development.
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Proficiency in Java full-stack development.
- Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React.
- Strong backend development knowledge, including database integration and application programming interfaces.
- Hands-on expertise with Spring Boot and Spring Framework.
- Experience with Apache Kafka, event-driven architecture, asynchronous processing, and messaging systems.
- Experience with Oracle DB, PostgreSQL, or other relational databases.
- Experience with Jenkins or GitLab CI pipelines.
- Ability to troubleshoot and optimize application performance across the full stack.
