Responsibilities
- Design, build, and configure applications tailored to business process and application requirements.
- Develop and maintain solutions using Salesforce Lightning Web Components, Apex, and Salesforce APIs.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and multiple teams to gather requirements and make key technical decisions.
- Serve as a subject matter expert and provide solutions across the immediate team and multiple teams.
- Collaborate with and manage the team to support successful execution.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of development practices.
- Mentor junior team members and evaluate technologies that improve application performance and user experience.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience with Salesforce Lightning Web Components.
- Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning Web Components is required.
- Experience with Apex programming and Salesforce APIs.
- Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Familiarity with Salesforce data models and security features.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
