Base Salary
$66k - $134k/yr
Responsibilities
- Architect, design, implement, and enhance scalable, high-availability software applications.
- Lead technical delivery across planning, estimation, design, development, testing, and deployment.
- Guide development activities, resolve technical challenges, and ensure successful project deliverables.
- Collaborate on architecture and design decisions aligned with customer requirements and operational constraints.
- Develop and maintain mission-critical software using modern programming languages, frameworks, and engineering practices.
- Mentor engineers through technical guidance, knowledge sharing, and promotion of sound engineering practices.
- Use Jira, Confluence, and Git to support Agile execution, collaboration, and work tracking.
- Drive software quality through automated testing, documentation, risk identification, continuous improvement, and performance optimization.
Requirements
- U.S. citizenship and eligibility to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance.
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field and relevant software engineering experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience designing, developing, and supporting scalable software applications.
- Knowledge of software architecture, object-oriented design, and modern development practices.
- Experience working in Agile and CI/CD environments.
- Familiarity with Git, Jira, and Confluence.
- Ability to lead technical efforts, mentor junior engineers, and solve complex problems collaboratively.
