Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain Flutter applications for both iOS and Android.
- Manage multiple mobile apps across teams and projects while keeping architecture consistent and maintainable.
- Improve user experience and explore new ways for users to interact with products.
- Collaborate with hardware and embedded teams to create seamless product integrations.
- Understand customer workflows and translate customer insights into improved products.
- Support junior colleagues and consultants.
- Participate in trade shows and engineering meet-ups approximately 2–3 times per year.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or master's degree in interaction design, computer science, software engineering, or equivalent.
- Experience developing Flutter applications for Android and iOS, plus some native mobile development experience.
- Strong interest in user experience and creating intuitive interfaces.
- Familiarity with Figma and the ability to work in it.
- Curiosity about customers, their workflows, and the market, with the ability to translate insights into better products.
- Interest in embedded systems and hardware-related development; hands-on experience with Arduino, ESP32, or similar is ideal.
- Fluent written and spoken English.
- Experience publishing and maintaining apps in Google Play and the App Store is advantageous.
- Experience with Bluetooth/BLE or wireless networking technologies is advantageous.
- Experience in the entertainment lighting industry is advantageous.
