Responsibilities
- Develop, test, deploy, and support enterprise applications from inception through implementation.
- Design and maintain scalable cloud-native applications, APIs, microservices, and event-driven architectures.
- Implement AI-enabled solutions including intelligent agents, RAG applications, workflow automation, and knowledge assistants.
- Build automated testing frameworks, AI-assisted test generation, and autonomous quality engineering solutions.
- Design CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure automation for efficient software delivery.
- Analyze and resolve issues across development, testing, deployment, and production support.
- Contribute to architecture decisions, technical standards, security practices, platform modernization, and continuous improvement.
- Identify practical AI use cases that improve business processes, engineering productivity, operational support, and customer experience.
- Collaborate with architects, product owners, business stakeholders, technical leads, and project managers.
- Mentor team members on software engineering, cloud technologies, AI adoption, and engineering practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- At least 8 years of experience working with an application development organization and delivering systems from inception through implementation.
- Strong software development, programming, design-pattern, and software engineering best-practice skills.
- Hands-on experience designing and delivering multi-tiered cloud-based applications using .NET Core, .NET Framework, and Microsoft SQL Server.
- Experience developing cloud-native and microservices applications, including work with Python and JSON.
- Familiarity with unstructured data and persistence models, vector databases, data streaming, containers, version control, and DevOps toolsets.
- Additional desired experience includes financial services, Azure, cloud migrations, CI/CD, TeamCity, Octopus, Ansible, Terraform, Artifactory, Angular, and specification-driven development.
- Strong technical analysis, diagnostic, problem-solving, communication, collaboration, negotiation, prioritization, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Ability to mentor others, handle loosely defined concepts, adapt to change, and recommend valuable applications of emerging AI technologies.
