Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end resolution of complex customer issues through technical investigation, root-cause analysis, and fix validation.
  • Coordinate with customers, support, engineering, and product teams to drive timely issue resolution.
  • Translate customer issues and recurring patterns into feature requests and product improvement recommendations.
  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable web-based, multi-tenant SaaS applications across architecture, data, implementation, testing, and performance optimization.
  • Improve product stability, scalability, reliability, usability, and engineering efficiency.
  • Research and apply emerging technologies and provide technical guidance and mentorship to internal teams and customers.
  • Participate in an on-call rotation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
  • At least 5 years of hands-on experience developing and supporting enterprise-scale applications.
  • Strong computer science fundamentals in data structures, algorithms, multithreading, and system-level concepts.
  • Experience with object-oriented design, modern architectural patterns, and Domain-Driven Design.
  • Deep expertise in .NET, C#, and ASP.NET Core.
  • Experience building and operating multi-tenant SaaS platforms using EF Core, PostgreSQL, and query optimization.
  • Production experience with AWS services including RDS, Lambda, SQS/SNS, and CloudWatch.
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot complex production issues, perform root-cause analysis, and optimize system performance.
  • Experience using AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot.
  • Strong communication, independent problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Benefits

  • CAD $130,000–CAD $148,000 estimated base salary range plus potential bonus.
