ServiceNow Developer
Pure StorageResponsibilities
- Architect, develop, and deploy ServiceNow workflows, business rules, and secure REST and SOAP API integrations.
- Collaborate with business analysts, process owners, and cross-functional teams to translate operational requirements into ServiceNow solutions.
- Perform code reviews, unit testing, security and reliability validation, and production deployments through change management processes.
- Optimize the ServiceNow platform, maintain technical documentation, and prioritize root-cause analysis work for periodic releases.
- Support high availability through participation in a shared 24x7 on-call rotation.
- Provide technical reviews and mentorship to peer developers.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer.
- Deep expertise with Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Flow Designer, ACLs, Script Includes, UI Scripts, and third-party API integrations.
- Hands-on implementation and configuration experience with ServiceNow ITSM, CSM, ITOM, HR, or IRM applications.
- Experience managing data migrations, code promotions, and Update Sets.
- Strong analytical, interpersonal, collaboration, prioritization, and technical problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work primarily from the Bangalore office in accordance with company policies.
