Responsibilities
- Develop automation for recurring infrastructure tasks, software upgrades, AWS region creation and migration, and operational processes.
- Build infrastructure and scalable solutions using Python, Java, and AWS cloud technologies.
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve production software issues and technical challenges.
- Develop monitoring solutions and implement measures to detect and prevent outages.
- Perform software maintenance and configuration while improving systems and pipelines.
- Collaborate with more than 100 engineering teams across multiple locations to support operational excellence.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of software development or technical support experience.
- Experience scripting in modern programming languages.
- Experience troubleshooting and debugging technical systems.
- Preferred: knowledge of web services, distributed systems, and web application development.
- Preferred: experience troubleshooting and maintaining hardware and software RAID.
- Preferred: scripting experience with Bash, Python, Perl, or Ruby.
