Responsibilities
- Design, code, enhance, troubleshoot, debug, and optimize software components across systems and applications.
- Collaborate with and help manage teams, contribute to decisions, and provide solutions across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement software quality and delivery best practices.
- Mentor junior team members and support their professional growth.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to align project goals and resolve challenges.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development.
- Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development.
- Strong knowledge of front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks.
- Experience with Java-based back-end frameworks and RESTful services.
- Familiarity with SQL and NoSQL database design and management.
- Understanding of software development lifecycle and continuous integration/continuous deployment practices.
- Ability to troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance across the stack.
- Completion of 15 years of full-time education.
