Base Salary
$180k - $220k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own the transformation of core products to enhance benefit administration workflows and user interfaces.
- Drive product direction as a key member of the early product engineering team.
- Establish robust technical foundations that scale with partner needs.
- Cultivate partner relationships to inform roadmap and feature development.
Requirements
- Possess exceptional engineering skills for building complex systems.
- Collaborate effectively with customers and partners to solve problems.
- Exhibit strong product sense and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Learn quickly and execute rapidly while maintaining high quality standards.
- Have a profound curiosity for exploring complex technical and industry domains.
- Bonus: 5+ years of experience in system design and development.
- Bonus: Expertise in Django (Python) and/or React (TypeScript) is preferred.
- Bonus: Strong communication skills, especially with non-technical team members.
