Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for automation.
- Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable UiPath solutions using REFramework, custom activities, reusable components, and enterprise integrations.
- Apply Generative AI capabilities, including LLMs and JenAI, to intelligent document processing and conversational workflows.
- Implement secure credential management, exception handling, transactional processing, logging, alerting, governance, and performance optimization.
- Integrate automations with ServiceNow and ERP platforms such as SAP and Oracle Fusion.
- Create and maintain PDDs, SDDs, test plans, deployment guides, and other technical documentation.
- Use Git, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices for automation deployment and version control.
- Monitor deployed automations, provide hypercare support, troubleshoot issues, and drive continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with IT and business teams to meet architecture standards, compliance requirements, and stakeholder needs.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Informatics, or a related field.
- Mandatory UiPath Advanced/Professional Developer Certification.
- 1–3 years of hands-on RPA experience in complex environments.
- Proven UiPath development expertise, including REFramework, advanced automation patterns, and delivery of 20+ production-grade automations.
- Strong understanding of exception handling, transactional processing, queue-based design, and governance standards.
- Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, API integration, data transformation, secure credential management, and ERP integration.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow workflows, Snowflake, Document Understanding, and AI Center.
- Knowledge of Generative AI concepts and the ability to apply LLMs and JenAI in automation scenarios.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills, with the ability to bridge business and technical contexts.
