Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Architect and build core data platforms to handle data at scale with low latency.
- Develop real-time eventing infrastructure and ETL pipelines.
- Create systems for long-term agent memory and customer data platform primitives.
- Implement optimization loops for personalized interactions.
- Ensure data is trustworthy, fast, and easy to use across the organization.
Requirements
- 4-7+ years of hands-on development experience in building production systems.
- Experience with large-scale data systems and technologies like Spark and Flink.
- Strong backend and distributed systems fundamentals in languages like Go, Scala, or Python.
- Familiarity with data modeling best practices and analytical query optimization.
- Experience with ML-powered product features and a portfolio of shipped data products.
