Responsibilities
- Develop, code, and enhance custom software components across systems and applications.
- Build integrated front-end and back-end components for scalable enterprise applications.
- Use AgentAI copilots and LLM-based coding assistants for coding, debugging, testing, and documentation.
- Integrate pre-built AI services and APIs and implement RAG-based features where relevant.
- Apply engineering best practices to deliver robust, scalable, high-performing solutions.
- Collaborate with architects and AI-native specialists on integration and adoption.
Requirements
- Minimum five years of professional experience is required.
- At least six years of experience in Java full-stack development is specified.
- Strong enterprise engineering, SDLC, and domain workflow experience.
- Experience using AI-assisted development tools, copilots, or LLM-based coding assistants.
- Practical knowledge of AI concepts and limitations, with a focus on integration rather than model training.
- Java full-stack development experience, including Java with Spring Boot or another listed backend technology.
- Experience with front-end technologies such as React, Angular, or Vue.js and TypeScript or JavaScript.
- Knowledge of SQL or NoSQL databases, REST or GraphQL APIs, cloud-native development, and CI/CD pipelines.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
