Responsibilities
- Design, build, test, deploy, and support complex cloud-native applications on Google Cloud across the full service delivery lifecycle.
- Develop React-based user experiences, API services, data pipelines, analytics solutions, and AI-enabled applications.
- Work directly with clients to gather requirements, create technical designs, and provide technical advice throughout projects.
- Apply object-oriented programming, Terraform-based Infrastructure as Code, testing, code reviews, CI/CD, observability, and security practices.
- Deliver solutions across Google Cloud domains including data and AI, generative and agentic AI, security operations, marketing intelligence, customer engagement, modernization, and workplace integrations.
- Support production deployments and operations under the guidance of leads and architects.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in a hands-on, client-facing technology role such as Cloud Engineer, Solution Architect, Software Engineer, or Technology Consultant.
- Two to three years of practical, hands-on experience building and delivering solutions on Google Cloud Platform.
- Strong experience with an object-oriented programming language such as Python, Java/JVM, or Node.js.
- Hands-on Google Cloud product delivery, including design, build, and production operations rather than only hosting custom development on Google Cloud.
- Experience with Cloud Run and/or GKE, Terraform, CI/CD, observability, IAM, OAuth2/OIDC, and secrets.
- Depth in at least one domain such as Customer 360, Contact Center AI/CCaaS, cloud modernization, migration, data and AI, BigQuery, Dataflow, Looker, or Vertex AI.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
- Google Cloud certifications are preferred.
