Responsibilities
- Lead Workday feature implementations and enhancements.
- Configure and support Core HCM, Performance, Compensation, and Advanced Compensation.
- Design and maintain Workday business processes, condition rules, validations, and notifications.
- Maintain Workday security, including roles, domains, and business-process security policies.
- Maintain inbound and outbound Workday integrations, including EIBs.
- Create and maintain Workday reports, dashboards, and calculated fields.
- Run production deployments and releases through established release-management processes.
- Collaborate with business analysts, developers, testers, and technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Use AI tools to improve productivity and workflows while applying responsible judgment to data and AI outputs.
Requirements
- 6–10 years of overall experience with hands-on Workday HCM, Performance, Talent, Compensation, and Advanced Compensation experience.
- Strong knowledge of Workday architecture, security model, and business-process framework.
- Fundamental knowledge and experience with REST and SOAP APIs, JSON, XML, and object-oriented programming concepts.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Preferred knowledge of Workday Extend and Workday Orchestrate.
- Preferred experience with Advanced, Matrix, and composite reporting, BIRT, Workday Studio, and RaaS-based integrations.
- Preferred technical background in PMD, SMD, AMD, Model Components, and Orchestration.
- Workday certifications in areas such as Extend, Compensation, Reporting, or HCM are preferred.
- Additional Workday module experience, cloud-native development knowledge, and global or enterprise-scale Workday experience are preferred.
