Responsibilities
- Own the RPA project lifecycle with minimal supervision, including requirements gathering, solution design, programming, testing, deployment, enhancement, and production support.
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to identify technical solutions for business needs.
- Troubleshoot and debug web development and automation workflows, resolving issues within tight deadlines.
- Integrate RPA solutions with databases, web applications, legacy applications, APIs, and other systems.
- Develop technical documentation and design specifications.
- Manage small-to-medium projects or components of larger projects as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in computer science, information systems, mathematics, engineering, or a related field, plus two years of experience, education, or training in coding computer applications.
- Programming experience may substitute for education on a year-for-year basis.
- Preferred: three years of experience, education, or training in RPA or related areas.
- Preferred: proficiency with UiPath and experience with UiPath Orchestrator.
- Preferred: familiarity with integration platforms, APIs, business processes across domains, Jira, Azure DevOps, version control systems such as Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Demonstrated proficiency across RPA requirements gathering, development, testing, and deployment, with enterprise RPA experience and database/data manipulation expertise.
- Consistent and punctual attendance.
