Responsibilities
- Understand business requirements and create design documents and process flows.
- Develop objects, workflows, queues, and bots using UiPath and Tricentis Tosca.
- Configure RPA platforms and deploy bots to production environments.
- Design and execute test cases, manage test data, debug issues, and support existing bots.
- Implement enhancements, optimize code, and support structured change control processes.
- Schedule and monitor robot processes using Orchestrator.
- Provide production support and integrate AI tools with RPA where applicable.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of proven industry experience.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or information systems management, including BE, BTech, MCA, or MBA qualifications as listed.
- Strong proficiency with UiPath or Tricentis Tosca, including objects, activities, workflows, and queues.
- Strong experience with Excel, email, and ERP applications, plus a basic understanding of SQL queries.
- Experience troubleshooting existing bots, implementing enhancements, and following code development, review, and release best practices.
- Experience with Python, Java, or VBScript is preferred; .NET knowledge is an added advantage.
- Ability to analyze and solve problems, communicate technical information, plan work, meet quality targets, and collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
