Responsibilities
- Develop and use monitoring tools to guard the firm’s employees, data, and infrastructure.
- Handle incident response and remediation when cybersecurity threats are identified.
- Conduct methodical, unstructured investigations to locate and repair the source of security issues.
- Apply threat modeling and communicate cybersecurity tradeoffs to internal stakeholders.
- Promote cybersecurity best practices across the firm and share knowledge with new analysts.
Requirements
- Be graduating with a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Demonstrate strong programming ability, high potential, and an aptitude for learning.
- Be comfortable managing code and configuration in version control and using an editor.
- Be familiar with threat modeling and able to explain cybersecurity decisions and tradeoffs.
- Adapt to changing scenarios and make challenging decisions under pressure.
- Have a curious, collaborative, positive, and humble problem-solving approach.
- Be fluent in English.
