Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Attend team syncs to discuss priorities and progress.
- Fix bugs, develop features, and refine APIs while ensuring code quality.
- Participate in design and code reviews, applying feedback to improve work.
- Expand technical knowledge through documentation and mentorship.
- Contribute to team activities, including onboarding new hires.
- Share updates on progress and highlight challenges.
Requirements
- Recent graduate with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Strong foundation in computer science fundamentals, including data structures and algorithms.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Scala, Ruby, or Python.
- Foundational awareness of AI/ML concepts and tools.
- Understanding of responsible AI principles and their application in product development.
- Bonus points for leadership experience or community involvement.
