Responsibilities
- Implement security testing including secrets scanning, SAST, DAST, SCA, IaC, container scanning, and AI security.
- Integrate, monitor, and improve security tools and processes in CI/CD pipelines.
- Triage and prioritize application security vulnerabilities and recommend remediation timelines.
- Define and publish DevSecOps security requirements and promote secure coding practices throughout the SDLC.
- Monitor vulnerability trends and identify actions such as training and bulk remediation.
- Provide security training, guidance, and technical expertise to development teams.
- Automate routine DevSecOps tasks and collaborate with cross-functional teams supporting global customers.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or Software Engineering, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
- At least 3 years of professional experience across at least two technical disciplines, including application security, cloud security, vulnerability management, secure development methodologies, or identity management.
- Experience with SCA, SAST, DAST, container scanning, IaC security, and integrating security testing into CI/CD.
- Knowledge of vulnerability remediation and the OWASP Top 10.
- Experience with DevOps tools, pipelines, platforms, registries, version control systems, and DevSecOps process improvement.
- Experience writing scripts in Golang, Shell Script, Python, or YAML.
- Basic understanding of network and web protocols including TCP/IP, UDP, HTTP, and HTTPS.
- Cybersecurity or DevSecOps certifications are preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and willingness to work flexible hours for global collaboration are required.
