Responsibilities
- Architect and design scalable, secure, and high-performance e-commerce solutions using Salesforce Commerce Cloud.
- Lead SFCC implementations involving SFRA storefronts and integrations with external systems.
- Translate business requirements into technical designs with stakeholders and development teams.
- Establish and enforce code quality, deployment, and continuous integration standards.
- Integrate and optimize Einstein for Commerce personalization and product recommendation features.
- Configure and customize Salesforce Order Management to improve order processing and fulfillment workflows.
- Mentor development teams on advanced SFCC and SFRA concepts and architectural standards.
- Resolve complex technical issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement solutions.
Requirements
- 7 to 10 years of experience, including substantial hands-on expertise architecting and implementing Salesforce Commerce Cloud solutions.
- Experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud architecture, Salesforce Reference Architecture, Salesforce Order Management, and Einstein for Commerce.
- Proficiency in JavaScript and Node.js for server-side scripting in SFCC.
- Experience with RESTful API integration, e-commerce security and performance optimization, Git, automated deployment pipelines, data modeling, and catalog management.
- Preferred experience with headless commerce, API design, B2B and B2C commerce models, AWS or Azure, and AI-driven merchandising and personalization.
- A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is desired.
- Salesforce Certified B2C Commerce Developer certification is desired, with Salesforce Certified B2C Commerce Architect preferred.
